Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care that makes a difference every day
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents
• Communicate openly with residents, families, and the care team to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A heart for service and genuine compassion for others
• Ability to work a flexible, per-diem schedule
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant practices and patient safety
• Proficiency in taking and recording vital signs
• Understanding of infection control standards
• Excellent observation and alertness to changes in resident condition
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
