Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to keep them safe and comfortable
• Take and record vital signs, and communicate changes to the nursing team
• Assist with meals and hydration, monitoring intake and dietary needs
• Promote a clean, safe, and dignified environment for every resident
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes
• Deliver thoughtful, person-centered care that respects each resident's preferences

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Valid CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Prior long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to pass a background check and provide state or federal identification
• A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion and patience when caring for older adults
• Ability to assist with lifting and transferring residents safely
• Attention to detail and ability to follow individualized care plans
• Basic knowledge of vital signs monitoring and documentation
