Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Take vital signs and observe residents, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus
• A caring, patient, and dependable nature
• Ability to work a 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and infection control practices
• Strong observation and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable using electronic documentation systems
• Adaptable and quick to respond in a fast-paced environment
