Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
• Support residents with mobility, repositioning, and transfers
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption
• Valid government-issued ID and ability to wear a photo badge
• A genuine passion for patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
