Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Support residents with meals and hydration while monitoring intake
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents
• Build meaningful connections and brighten each resident's day with attentive, respectful care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Must bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Comfortable working overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic nursing assistant procedures and resident care
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and reposition residents
• Keen observation skills and ability to report changes accurately
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with residents, families, and coworkers
• Time management and multitasking in a fast-paced care environment
