Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
• Help with mobility, transferring, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Document patient care and observations clearly and promptly
• Support the nursing team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen observation and accurate documentation skills
• Understanding of resident rights and dignity
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Basic computer skills for charting and documentation
