Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to patients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team promptly
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Support patients during meals and hydration, monitoring intake and nutritional needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work flexible per-diem shifts as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Skill in using vital signs monitoring equipment
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
• Understanding of infection control and HIPAA regulations
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
