Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living
• Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Prior experience in long-term care or acute care is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• A compassionate, patient-first attitude with strong teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant principles and techniques
• Skill in taking vital signs and documenting patient information
• Understanding of infection control protocols and safety standards
• Ability to respond quickly and calmly to patient needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
