Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with daily living activities
• Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes to nursing staff
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning for comfort and safety
• Support personal hygiene, grooming, and feeding needs with dignity and respect
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe, healing environment
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• New graduates are welcome to apply - no prior experience required

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong observational and reporting skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
• Empathy and patience when supporting patients and families
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
