Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers to keep residents safe and comfortable
• Document vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals and hydration
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to pass a background check and provide required identification
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
• Skills in observing and documenting patient conditions
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and assist residents throughout the shift
