Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Take and record vital signs, and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Assist with meals and monitor food and liquid intake
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents
• Support residents with cognitive and physical needs during daily activities
• Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to deliver the highest quality of care

Qualifications

• Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and infection control practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Empathy and a genuine desire to make a difference in residents' lives
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills
