Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
• Ensure safety during mobility and transfers
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and orderly environment
• Communicate closely with the care team to ensure top-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Compassionate, caring, and patient-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts (NOC)
• Prior experience in long-term care is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to use medical equipment like blood pressure cuffs and thermometers
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with residents and families
• Detail-oriented for accurate record keeping
• Physical stamina to assist with lifting and transferring
