Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to patients, ensuring dignity and comfort
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Accurately take and record vital signs and report changes to the nurse
Support safe patient transfers and use proper body mechanics
Maintain a clean, organized environment and follow infection-control protocols
Communicate clearly with the care team and contribute to positive patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in the state of California (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable working overnight shifts and adapting to patient needs
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude
Previous CNA experience preferred but new grads with certification are welcome

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
State CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and safe transfer techniques
Comfortable with vital signs, ADL assistance, and basic charting
Knowledge of infection prevention and universal precautions
Good communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
