Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care to adult ICU patients with compassion and clinical precision
• Perform continuous patient assessment and timely interventions to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists
• Administer medications and manage complex IV infusions and drips safely
• Monitor ventilators and advanced hemodynamic support, escalating concerns appropriately
• Document patient status and care accurately and promptly in the medical record
• Educate and support patients and families through critical illness with clear communication

Qualifications

• Active RN license (compact or state license appropriate for assignment) required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Proven ability to manage critically ill patients, including ventilator and vasoactive medication experience
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical judgment in high-acuity settings

Education

• Nursing diploma, ADN, or BSN preferred (specific degree not specified in posting)
