Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to pediatric patients and their families
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and respond promptly
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care
• Ensure a safe, healing environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of one year of recent nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
