Shift Type: Varied shifts, 4x10s, weekends and on-call required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
Circulate and scrub in a variety of cases including orthopedics and neurosurgery
Ensure sterile field integrity and patient safety throughout the surgical process
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists for optimal outcomes
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Point Click EMR

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience
Active and unencumbered Nebraska RN license or compact license
Experience with orthopedic and neurosurgery cases (Level 1 or 2 experience preferred)
Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in sterile technique, aseptic practices, and OR protocols
Proficiency in circulation and scrubbing duties
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to take on-call shifts and respond promptly
