Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room environment
• Assist surgeons during pediatric surgical procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and ensure safety throughout surgery
• Coordinate with surgical team for smooth case flow
• Provide compassionate care to pediatric patients and their families

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington state
• BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of OR experience preferred
• Pediatric experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of surgical aseptic techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Pediatric patient care expertise
• Quick-thinking and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in electronic medical records
