Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions throughout your shift
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and the wider care team
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Educate patients and families so they feel confident and supported
• Respond quickly and calmly to changing patient needs

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS certification
• Prior acute care or medical-surgical experience is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment and a caring bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, flexible, and ready to jump in when needed

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration and documentation
• Electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency
• Clear communication with patients and teammates
• Critical thinking in fast-moving clinical situations
