Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs
• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions that help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence
• Guide patients through exercises and activities to improve balance, coordination, and function
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes
• Empower patients and caregivers with education on exercises, safety, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation while delivering high-quality care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous physical therapy experience is preferred

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

• Thorough knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
• Skilled in developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Ability to document patient progress clearly and accurately
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration and patient education
• Proficient in patient assessment, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation
