Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed medications accurately and on time to support safe patient outcomes
• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care across the inpatient setting
• Educate patients and care teams on medication use, interactions and expectations
• Verify orders and dispensing practices to keep every dose safe and effective
• Stay fully compliant with pharmacy laws, regulations and hospital policies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and allied staff to optimize therapy plans
• Monitor patient responses and adjust recommendations as clinical needs change

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program is required
• Current Kansas Pharmacist License or eligibility for licensure is highly preferred
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience is a plus, but motivated candidates are encouraged
• A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced inpatient environment
