Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents throughout your shift
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to the care team promptly
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
• Document care with precision in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and physicians to keep each care plan on track
• Support residents and families with patience, kindness, and clear communication

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Maine
• Current BLS certification
• Comfortable working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Completed COVID-19 vaccination series or a documented religious or medical exemption from your employer
• State or federally issued identification to present at the facility, plus a willingness to wear a photo badge at all times
• Strong communication skills and a genuine heart for patient care
