Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents while supporting their daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and changes in resident condition
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals with patience and dignity
• Collaborate closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to keep care plans on track
• Document care accurately and promptly so nothing falls through the cracks
• Respond quickly and calmly to resident needs, safety concerns, and call lights
• Bring a warm, reassuring presence to residents and their families every single shift

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in Vermont or New Hampshire
• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program
• COVID-19 vaccination completed, or a documented religious or medical exemption from your employer
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility
• Ability to work every other weekend
• State or federal issued identification required for facility badge access
• Prior LNA experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus

• Time management and the ability to prioritize on a busy unit
