Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Adapt quickly to varying patient needs and unit demands
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in Washington state
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in electronic medical records
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
