Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform thorough cleanings and oral health assessments
• Take and develop dental x-rays to aid in diagnosis
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices
• Maintain meticulous patient records and treatment documentation
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Associate's degree in dental hygiene (or equivalent)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and chairside manner
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental instrumentation and x-ray equipment
• Knowledge of periodontal disease and preventive care
• Excellent patient education and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
