Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene care within efficient 30-minute appointments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant to streamline patient flow
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming treatment area
• Document patient treatments accurately and thoroughly
• Focus on patient comfort and positive experiences throughout their visit

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills in dental hygiene procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently within short appointment slots
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental hygiene techniques and instrumentation
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
• Familiarity with dental charting and record software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
