Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat young patients so every visit feels calm and friendly
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to keep every appointment safe and smooth
• Assist the dentist chairside during exams, cleanings, and procedures
• Capture dental radiographs and help maintain accurate patient charts
• Teach kids and parents simple, practical tips for healthy smiles at home
• Keep supplies stocked and treatment areas organized throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant certification or registration as required in Wisconsin
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Radiography certification or willingness to obtain as required by the state
• Prior chairside experience in a dental practice, pediatric experience is a plus
• A warm, patient approach with children and their families
• Availability to work the scheduled Tuesday shift from 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM

• Electronic dental record charting and scheduling software
