Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and communicate changes to the care team
Support safe patient transfers and mobility assistance with attention to dignity
Document patient observations and care provided in a clear, timely manner
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to create positive outcomes
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through respectful communication

Qualifications

Current state CNA certification (required)
Valid TB test or acceptable screening and up-to-date immunizations per facility policy
Clean background check and ability to pass required facility screenings
Comfort with direct hands-on patient care and working in a fast-paced setting
Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively on a care team

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; CNA state certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care techniques and safety-conscious mobility assistance
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when supporting residents
