Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Follow care plans and communicate observations to the nursing team
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
Support patient dignity and independence while delivering high-quality care

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification or state-approved Nursing Assistant credential
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or required per facility
Ability to pass required background and health screenings
Strong communication skills and a caring bedside manner
Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with the care team

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient transfers, positioning, and safe mobility techniques
Knowledge of infection control practices and personal protective equipment
Ability to accurately observe and document patient condition and changes
Basic understanding of medication administration procedures and charting
Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and prioritizing tasks
