Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Perform routine vital signs checks and report changes promptly
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Communicate clearly and kindly with residents and the care team
Document care accurately and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in good standing (PA preferred)
Valid BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a team
Comfortable with patient handling and basic mobility assistance

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing assistant skills and resident care techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to observe, report, and escalate patient condition changes
Time management and basic documentation skills
Compassionate bedside manner and respect for patient dignity
