Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients throughout the day
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and changes in patient condition
• Report important observations to the nursing team right away
• Help patients stay mobile and comfortable with safe transfers and repositioning
• Keep patient rooms and care areas clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer emotional support and a friendly presence to patients and their families
• Document care accurately and promptly in the patient record

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Completion of an accredited CNA training program
• Experience in a skilled nursing, hospital, or long-term care setting is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-first attitude
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing needs
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Safe patient handling, transfers, and mobility support
