Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $52 - $36.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and document patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Massachusetts COTA License (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Occupational therapy principles and techniques
- Patient care and ADL assistance
- Documentation and progress monitoring
- Patient education and caregiver training
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
