Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of nursing professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
• Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation for the nursing department

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Mexico (or compact state) is required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Master's a plus
• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in long-term care regulations and quality improvement
• Proficiency in electronic health records and healthcare technology
• Ability to inspire and develop nursing staff at all levels
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety best practices
