Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and independence
• Implement therapeutic interventions that improve daily living skills and quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Document progress and adjust treatment strategies to maximize outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire (or compact license eligible)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist (preferred)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in evaluating and treating physical, cognitive, and psychosocial deficits
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation
• Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations and clinical settings
• Creative problem-solving to design engaging therapeutic activities
