Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and assist with daily living activities
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
• Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for patients

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maine
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to follow care plans and facility protocols
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required by facility policy

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
• Adaptability and time management in a fast-paced environment
