Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff promptly
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety and comfort
• Support residents during meals and monitor food and fluid intake
• Respond quickly to call lights and provide attentive, respectful care
• Maintain a clean, organized environment while following infection control protocols
• Document care provided and communicate observations with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work night shifts and follow individualized care plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
• Skilled in vital sign monitoring and patient documentation
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Understanding of HIPAA and infection control standards
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
