Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
- Support mobility and transfers with proper body mechanics
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and uphold infection control standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maine
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- New graduates welcome - no prior experience required
- Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption per facility policy
- Valid state or federal identification and ability to wear a photo badge at all times
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
- Skill in using vital signs monitoring equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassion and empathy for patients and families
- Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
