Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations with precision and compassion
• Position patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and safety
• Operate and maintain radiography equipment while following safety protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper image quality

Qualifications

• Active Iowa radiologic technology license or willingness to obtain
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency in performing X-ray exams
• Ability to work 7-on/7-off night shift rotation
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient positioning techniques
• Radiation safety protocols
• Knowledge of anatomy and imaging principles
• Operation of digital radiography equipment
• Strong communication and patient care skills
