Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse patient populations
• Assess patient conditions and document vital signs accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Prior experience in acute care or long-term care is a plus
