Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, repositioning, and transfers to ensure patient safety
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support patients with meals and hydration, monitoring intake and output
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with facility requirements
• Experience in long-term care, hospital, or similar setting a plus
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and ADLs
• Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
