Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a per diem setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes to the care team
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other health professionals to ensure high-quality care
• Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess patient conditions and respond appropriately
• Must be comfortable with a fast-paced healthcare environment
