Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse patient populations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Document patient conditions accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance
• Adhere to facility policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous nursing experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Must bring a state or federal issued ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Must pass background check and comply with registry requirements
