Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced hospital environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post‑discharge care
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Current TNCC certification (must have before submission)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Willingness to work within a 50‑mile radius of the facility
• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Acute care nursing fundamentals
• Patient assessment and triage
• Electronic medical record (EMR) navigation
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving
