Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care to residents at Oak Grove Center.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor vital signs and document patient assessments in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide life‑saving interventions.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Maine.
• Minimum of 0 years of nursing experience.
• Completed COVID‑19 vaccination series or documented exemption.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Patient assessment and clinical reasoning
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Wound care and dressing changes
• Use of electronic health records
