Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises to improve mobility
• Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and update treatment records accurately
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or completion of an accredited PTA program
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 35 hours per week and adhere to scheduled shifts

• Patient assessment and evaluation

• Documentation and charting proficiency
• Effective communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams
