Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care during overnight shifts
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Document patient assessments accurately and timely
• Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license in New Hampshire
• Minimum 0 years of experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to changing patient needs
