Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients in a fast‑paced environment
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Document patient assessments and care plans in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care and assessment
• Medication administration
• Vital signs monitoring
• EMR proficiency
• Basic life support (BLS)
