Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and accuracy
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and adjust care plans
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post‑discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of 0 years experience – new graduates are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic health record documentation

• Fundamental nursing assessment and clinical skills
• Medication administration and safety protocols
• Infection control and patient safety standards
• Effective documentation and charting practices
• Team collaboration and interdisciplinary communication
