Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to patients in a fast‑paced environment
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Document patient status and care plans in real time
• Collaborate with RN and physician teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility support

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in PA or equivalent
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Charting and electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
• Infection control and safety protocols
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
