Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, every other weekend commitment

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care and assistance to residents in a long-term care setting
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with meals, mobility, and personal hygiene needs
Document care accurately and maintain a safe environment
Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure resident well-being

Qualifications

Active LNA license in Vermont or New Hampshire (or ability to obtain)
BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required
Reliable transportation - public transit is limited in the area

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassion and empathy for elderly residents
Time management and attention to detail
