Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized support

Qualifications

• Active Vermont LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred, but we can help you get it)
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in taking vital signs and assisting with ADLs
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to lift, transfer, and position residents safely
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and families
• Time management skills to handle a fast-paced environment
