Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA
Location: Bennington, Vermont
Start Date: 07-29-2026
End Date: 10-28-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, including some weekends as needed
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
- Document care provided accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized support
Qualifications
- Active Vermont LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred, but we can help you get it)
- At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in taking vital signs and assisting with ADLs
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to lift, transfer, and position residents safely
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and families
- Time management skills to handle a fast-paced environment
